Founder, Donna Gabrilson’s quest to introduce the world to Market Street Toffee began in 2004 at farmer’s markets in Phoenix. Armed with a timeless recipe, (the reformulation of an old family recipe and a friend’s recipe), an antique copper candy kettle used in the family grocery store during the 1940’s and testing, testing, testing, Market Street Toffee has become legendary with products that truly make “your head swim, your mouth water, and your knees go weak!”

Daughter, Stacey, joined Donna in 2007, as Vice President in charge of brand development. Stacey brings with her, 15 years of experience in the fashion industry and injects a fresh, innovative approach to product development, customer relations, and brand extension.

Keeping their focus on quality, Donna and Stacey are not willing to sacrifice taste for convenience, nor will they allow mass production to compromise quality. “We realize that quality has become a lost art, it cannot just be measured, but must be mastered!”
